I enjoy using this app, but if you shorten the recovery time (as I work at a slightly faster pace), the music becomes out of sync. Sometimes the app will start talking, even when it is not selected. I am not sure if it is because I am using a beta iOS, but it was fine until last update...
I downloaded the free version and then upgraded because Runtastic apps will sync with My Fitness Pal and my other workout app did not. Better descriptions of the exercises would be nice, but overall a good solid workout app.
Great app. It is hard but fun. There are, however, a few things they need to change. 1. The breaks are too short. On your other apps, they have up to 2 minute breaks. 2. There is no explanation. I would like to know clearly what I am doing for the best results. 3. When increasing the exercises, they need to make the change more gradual. It went from 8 to 10 to 12.
I might die before the week is over. Im 31 and havent worked out so hard in about two years. (6 Month Update) For the first two months I was using the app about 5 times a week, now it is only 2-3 times most weeks. Between running, eating more healthy and using this app for abs I have lost 41lbs and Im feeling and looking better than I have in nearly ten years.
Two days in and my abs feel the burn.
Love this app, I can see the results in the short time Ive been working out.

The tutorial video often pauses when starting a new set. Very disappointed !

Bought the full version like some others and every time I use it, it acts like I have the free version. Dont buy. Fix this crap!

Try just one month and lines and edges will come out
The training plan is great. It gives structure that other apps leave out. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because they dont have any explanation for some of the workouts. Also, it would be easier to get the proper form if you could change the angle of the video. Despite that, this app does what it set out to do. It helps you get your midsection in shape.
I would like for the counting to be more accurate. On the 2 stroke exercises, Daniels counting speeds up, not allowing for the full time to do the second stroke, so then I get behind. Dont know how hard that would be to fix. Other than that, it is great! Thanks!
Only used for five days and my tummys feeling it. Coach is good. Im liking it so far
I love this App so much that I wish This App developer would create a Challenge for Each individual focus areas for the Body (Legs/Arms/Back/Waist) the guided videos work wonders for beginners! Please continue to develop these awesome challenges!!!
Great app, very stylish and easy to use. Workouts are effective and you feel the burn on the first day! The have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to suit anyones skill level.
