Nice workouts for those who want more than a standard ten minute program. Its a program of workouts, which start from some seven minutes and increase up to almost one hour (havent got there yet). I guess if the program could start with determining your level of stamina, that would be good. Or a possibility to rate the exercises (too easy, normal, too hard) and adjust the training program accordingly. But generally, the best training program I have found so far.
